Employment Law - Ernst & Young - NW

What are you looking for in a labour lawyer?

Holland Van Gijzen always goes the extra mile. This means that we do not keep to the beaten track. Your interests are always the starting point for our advice, both pertaining to regular labour law issues and in special situations.

Dismissal proceedings
In case of dismissal, we will never lose sight of the risks of precedents and we will always consider employment contracts in the light of possible flexibilisation. You can count on our discretion and expertise in a situation where the managing director (under the articles of association) has to be dismissed. Is collective dismissal impending or must negotiations be conducted with trade unions and works councils? Then you can count on our decisiveness, which is our most typical trademark.

Our lawyers know exactly what is legally feasible and practically possible and take just that extra step.
