Litigations are best prevented, but sometimes unavoidable. If a matter needs to be taken to court or to arbitration, you can rely on our support and advice. Our attorneys assist clients in litigations before the Dutch district courts or the courts of appeal, in ordinary or summary proceedings, arbitration or mediation procedures, or in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Section of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
